Space RE — Beta Tester & Confidentiality Agreement

This agreement is between you and Vmodo, LLC, which owns and operates Space RE. Please read it before signing in.

1. Invite-only access

Space RE is a private beta owned and operated by Vmodo, LLC (“Vmodo”, “we”, “us”). Access is granted to you personally and is not transferable. You may not share your sign-in link, your session, or your access with any other person. We may suspend or revoke your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

2. Confidentiality (NDA)

Everything you see or learn through the beta — the software, its features, screens, design, pricing, roadmap, performance, and any non-public information about Vmodo or Space RE — is Confidential Information. You will keep it strictly confidential, use it only to evaluate the product, and not disclose, publish, screenshot, record, demo, or describe it to anyone outside Vmodo without our prior written consent. 3. No reverse engineering; no competing use

You will not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark for publication, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of the product, and you will not use anything you learn to build, fund, or assist a competing product or service. [review]

4. Intellectual property

Space RE, the Space RE name and logo, the sp∆ce mark, and all software, content, design, and data are the exclusive property of Vmodo, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other laws. This agreement grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the beta for evaluation only. It grants you no ownership and no license beyond that. [review]

5. Feedback

If you give us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you assign them to Vmodo, LLC and we may use them for any purpose, without restriction, attribution, or compensation to you. You represent that your feedback does not include anyone else's confidential or proprietary information. [review]

6. Beta software — provided “as is”

The beta is pre-release and provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. It may contain bugs, change, or be discontinued at any time. Do not rely on it for real transactions, and do not enter information you cannot afford to lose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vmodo is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta. [review]

7. Data

We collect the account and usage data described in our Privacy Policy. Because this is an evaluation build, do not upload sensitive personal, financial, or third-party data. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

8. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and requesting a sign-in link, you agree to these terms and to the Space RE Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in. We record the version of these terms you accepted and the time of acceptance.
